5. Please provide the full and accurate address for shipment. Should incorrect or incomplete postal address be provided with, resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional delivery fee if a replacement or exchange item is required.

International Orders:

Generally, we ship out items via Air Mail, and you are available to get it within 2-4 weeks, shipping & handling fee is USD 10.00 per order.


1. We stand behind our products and are strong believers in customer satisfaction and service. If you wish to return your order to us for a full refund, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were received in, complete with packaging with no signs of installation or use. We highly recommend packaging the item well and using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

2. Please contact us prior to returning items, We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned. We do not allow returns without first requesting a RMA number.
