Return

1. We stand behind our products and are strong believers in customer satisfaction and service. If you wish to return your order to us for a full refund, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were received in, complete with packaging with no signs of installation or use. We highly recommend packaging the item well and using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

2. Please contact us prior to returning items, We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned. We do not allow returns without first requesting a RMA number.

3. please don't simply post the item back, Please offer a tracking number after you ship it to help us track the return. It may take 1-3 days for us to process the return, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

4. In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

* Securely package item(s) in original packaging, including documentation, manuals, warranty information, registration, etc.
* We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
* Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for your order usually within 10 business days of package receipt.
* Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “sellable” condition).

Warranty

1. 30 Days Money Back Guarantee and one year Warranty from the date of original purchase. Buyers must contact us to send the defective items back for exchange or refund within the warranty period.

2. In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

3. Once we receive your goods, we will carry out any necessary testing and checks and will replace the part for you. In the event that the part has been discontinued or no longer available, we will offer a suitable replacement or refund.

4. Our warranty does not cover damage to the part caused by fitting or removal of the part. If a part is returned to us with damage, this will unfortunately not be covered under warranty.
